Would have set property taxes at a rate high enough to fund the high priority items identified by the Council to meet the pressing needs of the County and ensure we have the resources Montgomery County needs to flourish.
Status:
On May 18, 2023 the full Council chose not to vote on a property tax rate high enough to meet the high priorty needs of the County previously identified by the Council.
